With nearly two decades in healthcare, my work sits at the intersection of nursing leadership, health informatics, and utilization management—focused on building solutions that are not only compliant and scalable, but truly people-centered.
I’ve had the opportunity to support large-scale healthcare and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operational ramp initiatives, onboarding 500+ clinical and ancillary team members for national programs. I’ve also led clinical operations across facilities with a combined capacity of up to 1,280 beds, where my focus has always been on delivering quality care while maintaining strong regulatory and operational foundations.
A big part of what I do is translating complexity into clarity. Whether it’s directing ONC-certified EHR development, leading workforce training, or building operational programs, I enjoy turning complex clinical and regulatory requirements into practical, actionable strategies that teams can actually use and sustain.
Beyond clinical operations, I also bring experience in marketing strategy, CRM implementation and automation, and social media management—helping healthcare organizations and small businesses strengthen their brand, connect more meaningfully with their audience, and better understand their performance.
